(hereinafter “everis“) hereby informs the user(s) (hereinafter, the “User” or “Users“) of the website  (hereinafter the “Website“) of its policy for protecting the personal data of the users of this website. Processing of personal data provided on the website

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approved the developing regulations of Organic Law 15/1999, EVERIS, with registered offices at Avenida Manoteras, nº 52, 28050 – Madrid, informs all users of the website who provide their personal data that such data  will be added to an automated file of personal data owned by EVERIS in order to effectively provide the online service offered on the website, to manage and maintain the relationship with users, to respond to their requests and to manage their registration and use of the “Talent In” section.

In particular, users may submit their personal data on the form found in the “Talent In” section after accepting the data protection disclaimer which contains all of the information required under data protection laws.

Users must read the text of the disclaimer carefully and give their consent before providing their personal data.
