The following conditions regulate the use of this website where public information is provided regarding Fitalent’s services. Please read the information provided carefully. The act of accessing this website and using the materials contained in it implies that you have read and accept all of these conditions. Fitalent reserves the right to deny, suspend, interrupt or cancel access, totally or partially, of the use of this website for users or visitors that do not meet the conditions listed in this legal notice.

This website contains materials such as articles, studies and project descriptions prepared by Fitalent solely for informational purposes. Fitalent informs you that these materials may be modified, developed or updated at anytime without prior notice.

Therefore, exploitation rights shall not be understood as assigned except for what is strictly necessary for the proper use of this website.

In particular, the reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, public availability and in general any other form of exploitation in any manner of all or part of the contents of this website, as well as its design and the selection and manner of the presentation of the materials included within it are prohibited. Fitalent is committed to the protection and safety of the personal data that users or visitors of this website provide us. This Privacy Policy seeks to inform the users and visitors of our website of all matters regarding the collection and treatment of personal data collected by Fitalent.

Fitalent reserves the right to periodically modify and/or update this policy in an effort to adapt it to applicable legislation at all times and to Fitalent’s legitimate practices. In all cases, the contents of the new policy shall be published on the website and will be permanently available for users and visitors. How does Fitalent collect personal data?

Fitalent collects website user and visitor data at various times:

At the time of registration as a user, through the completion of electronic form(s) posted on the website. This identification shall later enable the user to access or use specific content and services offered on the website.

During website visits by recording the IP address.

When the user or visitor communicates with Fitalent via e-mail.

For what purpose is personal data used?

Data collection forms

On each form used for personal data collection, users will receive detailed information regarding the treatment of the person’s data, its purpose, the possible recipients of the information, the obligatory or optional nature of the responses to the questions asked and in general all statements required by applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) on a registration form to be completed by the user are necessary and mandatory for the request, while data for all other fields are optional. A user’s refusal to provide the information required in mandatory fields is reason enough for Fitalent not to attend to the request.

Recruiting Section (“Work with us”)

Persons interested in working at Fitalent or signing up for our scholarship plan must access the Recruiting Section (“Work with us”) and send an e-mail with their CV attached.

The information required for the selection process and its handling are governed by the requirements and applicable legislation in the country where the employment offer was posted.

Personal data that the candidate provides through this section shall be incorporated into Fitalent’s files and databases with the objective of including the person in current and/or future selection processes, administering said processes, hiring the selected candidate where applicable, resending the information to everis Group companies that have posted employment opportunities or that may be interested in the person’s profile, performing statistical analyses, as well as sending the person information related to everis Group activities and services that may be of interest to the candidate, including, but not limited to, employment offers, news, events, newsletters, surveys and information related to the consulting sector, etc. Likewise, for the purposes described in this section, we will inform the person that his data may be transferred to other entities at everis Group, some of which are in non-member countries of the European Union, whose identities and addresses are listed on this website (www.everis.com) and all of which are dedicated to consulting-related activities.

The data controllers are everis Group entities that post employment opportunities. Identities and addresses are listed in the “About everis” -> “everis in the world” section on the everis.com website.

If candidates do not wish for their data to be used for the indicated purpose, or wish to exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection, they must do so in writing, attaching a photocopy of their Spanish National Identity card or equivalent ID card to the address indicated at the beginning of this legal notice and/or via e-mail to [email protected].

From the time users accesses the website, their internet or IP address may be recorded on our machines on log files. Consequently, users leave a trace of the IP address that is assigned to them by their access provider in such a manner that every request, query, visit or call to an element of a website may be recorded. However, the log files are anonymous (i.e., they do not identify the first and last name of the user) and shall only be used for internal purposes, such as statistics to monitor access to the website.

Sending of electronic mail (e-mail)

Personal data (including but not limited to e-mail addresses) that users or visitors of this website provide us when sending an e-mail shall be included in a file whose owner and responsible party is FIT Inversión en Talento Sociedad de Capital Riesgo de Régimen Simplificado S.A. with the objective of responding to the request, as well as to send them commercial or promotional updates on products, services, news or events related to everis Group by any method including e-mail.

However, this consent is of a revocable nature. Therefore, if users do not wish for their data to be handled in the aforementioned manner, or wish to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection, they must do so in writing, attaching a photocopy of their National Spanish Identity card or equivalent ID card to Avenida de Manoteras 52, 28050 Madrid or via e-mail with the aforementioned documentation attached to [email protected].

How do I update my personal data?

Users guarantee that the personal data provided to Fitalent through this website, either through the completion of the corresponding form or through the sending of e-mail, is true, correct, current and complete and the user is responsible for communicating any modification or update of the data to Fitalent.

Users that registered as candidates in the Recruiting Section of this website shall have a user name and password that will be previously assigned by Fitalent so that they can access their personal data and modify or update it directly online. Said login and password are personal nature and non-transferable and may only be used by the candidate for the purposes authorized in this section. Candidates are responsible, both to Fitalent and to third parties, to maintain the confidentiality of the user name and password as well as the usage performed with these. Users must inform Fitalent immediately in the event of detecting an unauthorized use of their user name or password.

Other users that provide Fitalent with data of a personal nature by a method other than through the Recruiting Section must communicate any modification or update of their data in writing to Fitalent via letter (attaching a photocopy of their Spanish National Identity card or equivalent ID) to our address at FIT Inversión en Talento Sociedad de Capital Riesgo de Régimen Simplificado S.A., Avenida de Manoteras 52, 28050 Madrid or by e-mail to with the subject “Request for ARCO (LOPD) Rights” and directed to the following departments according to the nature of the data:

- Candidate data: attention Selection Department.

- Former employee data: attention Personnel Administration Department.

- Contact or client data: attention Marketing Department.

What happens if I provide Fitalent with third party data?

Assuming that the user includes, either on the corresponding electronic form or by sending an e-mail, data of a personal nature regarding physical persons other than the user, the user must inform said persons regarding the content of this Privacy Policy prior to the inclusion or communication of the data to Fitalent. Users guarantee that they have the prior consent of these third parties for the communication of their personal data to Fitalent.

When is it assumed that I have authorized Fitalent to handle my data?

From the time you send us your personal data, through the completion of electronic forms or through the sending of an e-mail, you expressly authorize us to handle your personal data and communicate this data to other companies in the everis Group with the purposes described at the bottom of each form and/or in this Privacy Policy. This authorization likewise covers “sensitive data” that the user provides Fitalent in the Recruiting Section, understood as data regarding health, racial origin, sex life, ideology, union membership, religion and beliefs. Consequently, if users do not wish to provide said sensitive data they must not include it on their CV or registration form.

Likewise, access or use of this website implies complete acceptance of this Privacy Policy by the user or visitor, as well as his consent and authorization for the collection, handling and communication of personal data with the purposes described in this Policy.

However, we remind all users of the possibility to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection in writing by attaching a photocopy of the corresponding Spanish Nationaly Identity card or equivalent ID card to FIT Inversión en Talento Sociedad de Capital Riesgo de Régimen Simplificado S.A., Avenida de Manoteras 52, 28050 Madrid, or via e-mail to [email protected].

6. Communication of illicit or improper activities

In the event that a website user is aware that the hyperlinks lead to pages with illicit, dangerous, degrading, violent or immoral content, the user may contact Fitalent indicating the following:

Personal data of the sender: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address;

Description of the illicit or improper content of the hyperlink;

In the case of a violation of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property rights, the personal data of the owner of the right infringed upon when the person is someone other than the sender; Likewise, the person must provide the title that grants ownership or representation of rights, and where applicable, proof of representation of the owner when the owner is someone other than the sender;

Reception by Fitalent of the communication established in this clause shall not imply, pursuant to regulations on information society and electronic commerce services, the effective knowledge of the activities and/or content indicated by the sender.
